Before sending your contact request, please read through the following FAQ's to see if your question is already answered here. There is no point in contacting support if your answer is already listed
1) I Joined The Exchange But My Credits Are Not Being Used Up
When you join the exchange it is first necessary to surf a minimum number of sites to acvtivate your account. This is clearly shown in the members area, and is to the benefit of all members. If you havent yet surfed this number of sites - set at present at 50 - then you will not get any hits to your sites
If you have fully activated your account and are still not getting hits, this will be because the number of hits you get is dependant on the number of people that are surfing. The fewer people that actually surf on that day, the week, etc means the fewer hits we can deliver. So the more everyone promotes the exchange, by displaying the affiliate URL, the better for everyone. We are all members of a team, the more you help the team, the more everyone gains - the reverse is also true
2) I Purchased Traffic From You But I Am Not Getting Many Hits To My Sites
If you purchased traffic from us, you will remember, that on the buy now page, we stated that it can sometimes take time for hits to be delivered, and that the time it takes to deliver your hits is not guaranteed. However of course you will receive all the hits you have bought. It is just that we dont operate like some exchanges, on the principle of thousands of hits a second. We have designed this exchange NOT to waste your hits on people that are not looking at ANY of the pages. This is what happens with ultra short 10 second timers. On this exchange we want you to receive the highest quality traffic, not just thousands of garbage hits - which lets face it are not worth you paying money for in the first place are they?
3) How Soon Will My Sites Be Accepted By Admin?
If you submitted your sites to be included in the exchange, then your sites will be agreed as soon as possible. However this depends on how many other sites are also waiting to be agreed. Admin tries to agree sites on a timely basis, but this is not always as quick as you might like. Please be patient, and as long as your sites, dont have anything "bad" in them e.g. popup, iframe=0 codes, alert boxes etc, your sites will be agreed
4) My Account Was Deleted - What Happened?
What happened is that you broke the clearly laid down Terms Of Service. We are not here for cheats. I pay good money to host this site, and yet inspite of my generosity you have come here to my website, and tried to cheat your way to free traffic - NO WAY - we do not have cheaters on this exchange. Please read carefully our Terms Of Service before using this exchange. Do not surf in a way that would make it look like you were using some auto click bot, or add sites that are obviously bad. Would you go to someones house for tea, and then start smashing all their windows? No? Well dont try it here then either!
5) Join Failed
If you tried to join the exchange, and you filled in the signup box, but then the confirmation page never happened, this DOES NOT mean your join up attempt failed. It just means something went wrong with the server i.e. the server was too busy, and the script didn't bring the page that says - congratualtions you signed up OK. So if this happened to you, simply try to login as normal using your email address and password. You can request a password reminder, on the login page, and this will be sent to your email account
6) I Lost My Password - What Do I Do?
If you can't remember your password, just request a new one, and the script will send your login details to your registered email address. If you forgot your email address as well, then you may have to rejoin, so do try and rack your brain first and remember what the email address you used was
7) I Bought Traffic Or Services From You But Have Nothing Further
If you bought services from us and have heard nothing, and can't see anything in your members area to show that credits have been added, then please be patient, admin could be on holiday. Generally all purchases are actioned very quickly. This is because Paypal send an immediate email to admin confirming that your payment has been received. This email is always treated as a priority, and admin deals with it as soon as possible. Where there can be problems is when you purchase email blasters etc and either forget to send us your ad (or didnt realize you had to!) using the contact form below, or you used an email address for your paypal payment, that is either bouncing, or is dead altogether, so that all admin emails to you regarding your purchase are not getting through. If possible always try to use a good email address when paying so that we can contact you about the text of your email ad
